Reorder Blocks thumbnails not showing

Hello,

When I go to Reorder Blocks, the preview thumbnails don't load. I read in previous posts that this was a known bug and the fix is it set them as global. If this is the issue, is there an ETA for this? Thanks

  I assume that you're referring to this support thread - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/16847375157906

  The issue reported here seems to vary from what your screenshot displays, which suggests that we might be dealing with a different issue.

  To further troubleshoot this issue, I recommend disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and try it again and check if the issue persists. Additionally, try using another browser and see if this makes any difference.

  Please try this and let me know how it goes.

  Thanks for the response. Disabling plugins didn't work, however, setting it to GLOBAL does work as a workaround for now. See attached.

  I'm happy to provide backend access if someone wants to log in and see why my issue is different. Just respond letting me know you want access and I'll give you an email address to reach me at.  

  Is there an ETA for this fix?

  Hi Ryan,

  Although the Reorder Blocks bug in your WordPress Dashboard appeared slightly different at first, it is the same bug that has previously been reported. The block preview appears in the Reorder Blocks sidebar once you set a block as global with the automatically added display condition.

  This issue will be fixed when we roll out a fix for the bug. In the meantime, kindly set a block as global to force its preview in the Reorder Blocks sidebar.
