Brizy Not Responding to code from another App

I use a tool called ConvertBox. It's used to track optins and be an easy interface between my Autoresponder and Website builder. It produces a nice popup and sends data back to my autoresponder. I used to be able to use it in Brizy but its no longer working. Cn you look at thsi video and tell me if you can see any reason it will not work in Brizy? Im moving over several sites to Brizy and this an important part of my setup if I can get it to work. Thank you very much.  https://share.zight.com/12ubl65j

  Hi Ed,

  I see one deviation from the prescribed process in your screen recording. The second code from GTM should be pasted within the body of your web pages. You have pasted it the Footer of your website. Kindly delete this code from Project Settings - Code - Code injection > Footer

  

  To add the second GTM code to the body of your webpages, kindly drag the Brizy 'Embed' element to the top of your global header and copy paste the second code into the Embed element.

  

   

  

  Now save your work by clicking on the 'Update' button at the bottom right corner. Visit the page https://techstackmastery.brizy.site/start-here and click on the first 'Download' button to check if it triggers your ConvertBox.

  If this does not help, further troubleshooting is required. We do not have experience setting up ConverBox. However we will try out best to help you make it work with Brizy.
