Agency web page issue no email no sample designs

I have Agency web white label plan but have 2 issues.

#1 - I am not getting the sample website pages when adding a new website i get the error:

The webpage at https://autoinstall.webdesignpc.com/en/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

#2 - I am not getting the emails when adding a designer.

I assume the mapping to my custom domains are not correct or linked on your side?

Please help
