Problem with one of the blocks showing up on live site vist

My portfolio has a block that contains images.  These images often appear collapsed and require the user to refresh in order for them to show up properly.  This is on the front page of my portfolio and allows a viewer to choose which case they want to see.  It presents a bit problem when they can't see the cases.  

Please tell me where I may send/post the image of what I am talking about.

  Troubleshooting this issue based on your screenshot and the frontend URL may not be feasible. We will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to get to the root of this issue.
