contact form with getrespons integration
Hello, I am creating a new website with a form connected to getrespons: ecommway.pl/darmowe-szkolenie
I want to add two fields for marketing consents. The first one is marked as required, but regardless of whether it is checked or not, the form is not sent and throws an error as if it had been filled in incorrectly (consent not checked)
The problem also occurs when I remove the "consent" fields and fill out everything correctly. The form is not submitting

The page https://www.ecommway.pl/darmowe-szkolenie returns a 404 error. I saw another form on your website at https://www.ecommway.pl/bezplatne-szkolenie/ Are you referring to this form?
When inspecting the above form using DevTools I see an error under the Network tab "Member was not created" Kindly see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/pYSL7kxy It is possible that a new subscriber could not be added to GetResponse contact database when the form was submitted.
Have you followed instructions at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043923871 to integrate the Brizy form with GetResponse using API?
