Facebook comments

Facebook comments block shows on PC browser but not on iPhone/mobile (I can see the block as it’s coloured but not the text/contents)… Any ideas please?

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  I've taken a look at your website, and everything seems to be functioning correctly.

  

  I tested it on both Safari and Chrome in iOS. To troubleshoot the issue, could you please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that makes any difference?

  Hi, 

  Has this issue been resolved? I am also having this problem. 
  I saw a comment on my blog section while browsing my iphone, but could not see any on the web browser. 
  I used the comment fb field using the Brizy WP.

  Your assistance is highly appreciated.

  Hi Mary,

  The Facebook comments plugin appearing sometimes disappearing at other times is due to a restriction put in place by Meta. 

  As per the Facebook Social Plugins policy for European Region, unless users are logged into their Facebook account and have provided consent to the “App and Website Cookies” control, the Facebook comments plugin would not show on a webpage. You can read more about it here https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins
