Spacing in hero image

See two attached screenshots. In the builder the hero image has enough space at the top to show the whole circle. In the published page it does not. I have looked at margins and padding and can't figure out why this is happening; I have the image set at full height. Please advise. Thanks.

  Hi Diane,

  I have changed the background image from 'Original' size to 'Custom' and have moved the blue focal dot to the top.  Now the circle does not touch the page header. Please check

  Okay, thanks that works.  However, the builder should not look different than the published site. That makes it very difficult to design.
