Brizy Failing with forms (specially gmail)

I used a Brizy form for capture data, but it doesn´t work! I even reduce a one input an always say " The form wasn´t send."

 

It´s strange because the copy of the lead arrives in my mailbox but does not work with the customer's mailbox.

  Hi Ingrith,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Upon checking, it seems that there is an issue with the authentication on your SMTP settings.

  We have created a temporary page to reproduce the issue. You can check the page called "Página de prueba Brizy". The form on this page works with our SMTP details configured here.

  

  On this test page, I included my email address as CC and received the email successfully.

  

  Please update your SMTP settings and let me know how it goes.
