Opening media cause server to not respond
I am using the latest version of brizy pro and whenever i try to open the media in a page to add a picture it does not load and the whole site stops responding for a while. I have deactivated all other plugins and removed most of them.

Hi Nathanael,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please share the error logs from your server with us? This will help us investigate and determine the cause of the issue.
I am looking forward to your response.

Hello Ariel,
I am sorry this took so long, I thought I was doing something wrong. However when the server stops responding to requests I do not see any warning logs, and increase in hardware usage or anything. It just stops responding to all HTTP/HTTPS requests. Additionally I figured out today that its not just one installation of brizy, its all my brizy sites. And if I publish any sort of change it does the same thing. Additionally today i went to create a new page and added some content on that page and when I published the changes the content was added to the home page not the newly created page. Then it made my server not respond for 10 min.
I would be happy to create a login for you on one of the sites i am working with or to the plesk server so you can look directly if you would like. This is starting to become a critical thing for me at this point as I have several update requests pending.
Thank you again for your assistance.

Hi Nathanael,
Thank you for your cooperation.
Upon checking, it seems that the issue you're experiencing stems from Mod Security or your Web Application Firewall. When these security measures are disabled, I was able to access your media files and successfully add an image to a page. This is demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/xtF-ql6ZCmw
Web Application Firewall, designed to guard websites against various attacks, may flag and block perceived suspicious actions. This could include harmless requests made by the page builder, leading to editing issues when ModSecurity is active.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Kind regards,
Ariel H.0
