    Hi David,

Website and email hosting are separate services that can run independently of each other.

    • The “A” record – also known as the address record, determines where your website is hosted.
    • The MX record – also known as a mail exchanger record, specifies the mail server used by your domain.

Kindly refer to this article https://mailtrap.io/blog/web-hosting-vs-email-hosting/

The statement 'By doing this you are hosting your domain, including MX records, on that IP address" may imply that your host does not support independent hosting of email and website. If you share with us the domain name, we can give you more specific advice.

    Thanks KC George,
I spoke with my hosting company and they provided me with a few records to add which fixed the issue.
Is there anyway to stop email notifications coming from 'notifications@brizy.cloud'?
    Thanks,
    David

    Hi David,

Are you asking if it is possible to customize the 'From Address' of email notifications from notifications@brizy.cloud to another email or are you asking how to disable notifications from Brizy Cloud?

Yes, that is correct. It would be nice to be able to change this so my clients don't see Brizy.

I have both an Brizy Cloud Agency and a Brizy Cloud Studio plan.

    Hi David,

    Thank you for the update.

The notification email address is set at the builder level at the moment. The white-labelled users can change the notification email address for all users.

For your Brizy Cloud Agency account, email notifications come from notifications@.......usedesign.com. For your Brizy Cloud Studio plan, email notifications come from notifications@brizy.cloud

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
