brizy pro installation

I want to install brizy pro on wordpress. Brizy free is already active in my plugins.

If I download de file for brizy pro I dont get the zip, just a file. And this file cant upload in the plugins. What do I have to do. I follow all video's already. Cant find the same problem

  Hi Rowan,

  Are you saying that after signing into your brizy.io account, when clicking on the button "Download Brizy Pro 2.4.36" the Brizy Pro ZIP file does not get downloaded? 

  Kindly let us know the file extension of the downloaded file. You could also share a screenshot which shows the file extension. 

  Have you attempted to download Brizy Pro using your browser's private (incognito) window? Please try downloading the Brizy Pro ZIP file with a different browser as well.
