No Lifetime License For A Lifetime Pro Customer?
Please fix your ticket system. It is broken. Every time I submit a new ticket in Brizy Support dashboard I dont see it in my history.

Why does it say expires 1/1/2038 when I generate a new license? It is supposed to be LIFETIME. I have been a Brizy customer since 2018.
This was not part of your agreed upon terms. I am grandfathered in for life to get lifetime licenses.
Please fix this issue.

While your previous licenses are labeled as "Lifetime," it's important to note that we have internally assigned them a distant expiration date. Please be aware that all licenses in our system, including those marked as "Lifetime," now have an associated expiration date.
However, rest assured that your licenses genuinely hold a lifetime validity, regardless of the label you observe in your brizy.io account. We will continue to extend the expiration dates of your licenses, ensuring that they effectively function as lifetime licenses.
