I subscribed to Brizy cloud but it does not meet my needs. With regret, I am asking for a refund.

  You are subscribed to the Personal Cloud monthly plan. As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions  refunds are allowed only for yearly subscriptions within the first 30 days of your purchase.  

  

  
  You had mentioned in your email to us that "A lot of blocks that I want cannot be found. Like Hero sliders and more" You can setup hero sliders by converting a Brizy block to a slider. Have a look at these examples.

  Kindly have a look at this tutorial for the procedure to setup a hero slider. Turn any block into a block slider with a simple click!

  Your subscription is scheduled to renew on March 26, 2024. Even if you cancel your subscription now, you will have access to your subscription until Match 25. Feel free to explore Brizy a bit more and cancel it by March 25th. 

  If you have other features that you are looking for, but can't find in Brizy, please mention those as well. We are happy to assist you with information on how to achieve different designs in Brizy.
