Connecting subdomain to webpage

Hello, 

I created a site and want to publish it having it attached to a subdomain we created for this site. My IT has redirected it on our end, but we are not seeing the connection. How can we fix this?

  Are you referring to https://resources.cowlesco.com/? I see this design when visiting this URL.

  No, I have another subdomain https://benefits.cowlesco.com and another site I built to publish to that subdomain.

  Hi Jessi,

  You had published the subdomain with www. I have removed www from your sub domain and published it on https://benefits.cowlesco.com. Please check again.

  Thank you, it’s working! I did try that before and I received the error, “incorrect format” and it would only accept a www format.
