I have tested with this login and it works fine.
I have also deactivated most plugins (kept the ones that I use in all other sites with brisy) but the problem remains.
Thank you.

Hi Sadik,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I attempted various troubleshooting steps, such as resetting the whitelabel, uninstalling and reinstalling both Brizy and Brizy Pro, but unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem. However, I did notice that the icons appear when Brizy Pro is disabled. To further investigate this issue, I will escalate it to our senior support team, who will conduct a thorough investigation. I will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
In the meantime, to ensure we have all the necessary resources to address the issue, could you please provide temporary access to your FTP? This will allow our team to directly access your WordPress files if needed. Additionally, I recommend trying to optimize your database as a troubleshooting step and see if this makes any difference.
