    Hi Daniel,

This is a Brizy Cloud issue. SSL is usually autogenerated when you add a custom domain. This did not happen in your case. We have manually added it now. Kindly check again.

Please reload the page to see the most recent change.

Thank you George! That works as should now :)

While I have you, I'm using Brizy Cloud and I want to add a Blog for one of my projects..but for some reason, I don't see that feature on left-hand side as in one of your YouTube videos... I just want to check if my account has these features or if is it for the Pro only.

    Best regards,

    Danny

    Hi Danny,

Brizy Cloud projects that were developed prior to Feb 2021 do not have blogging and many other recent features like Translation, Duplication, Cloning etc. Your project does not support the blogging feature since it was developed using the older Brizy Cloud project format.

You will have to recreate the project using the current Brizy Cloud project format before adding a blog. Here are the steps

    1. Open each page of your project and select the 'Save Layout' option at the bottom right corner to save the page design as a layout. Repeat this for all the 5 pages of your website (See the first attached image)
    2. Create a new project and add one page at a time and import the saved layouts (at step 1) to the newly created pages
    3. Copy paste global colors and global typography from the current project to the new project.
    4. Add the menu in the new project
    5. Delete the custom domain from the current project and add it to the new project when all content content is fully transferred. (see the second attached image)

Thanks again George, and just for me to be clear, what type of account do I have?

Can I use Membership pages in my sites? I can see the option there so I suppose is there to use it? Thank!

I've been with Brizy more than 2 years ago but  at the time there were features I needed/wanted that wasn't possible on Brizy Cloud... It has become a long way and I consider to use it more from now on.. Membership and translations pages/sites was one of my most needed feature, now I see is available.. definitely going to use it more staring asap :)

Thank for you rime answering all my questions, really appreciate it!

    Hi Danny,

Yes, you have access to all the PRO features that are currently offered, including Membership. You are subscribed to the AppSumo Lifetime Deal with 3 custom domains. You can host two more websites with custom domains in addition to https://www.elevatemotion.com.

Fantastic! Thanks a lot George, I will dive in more in the next few days.. as I said, Brizy came a long time (in a HUGE positive way)since I last login here.. And I like that there is a lot of support on YouTube or here for all our needs..

    Best regards,

    Danny

    Hi Daniel,

Your project is in Draft Mode and not yet published. Please select the 'Publish Page' option at the bottom right corner of the Brizy Cloud Editor to publish your project

    Hi, me again..

I lost control access to my top hero section... for some reason the icon for deleting the block or adjust its setting (like the yellow highlight in picture below) disappeared form there after making some changes earlier today.. Any chance to bring that back (blue highlight used to be where to get it from)...

At the moment I cannot edit anything for that hero block (or delete it to create a new one)...

    Hi Danny,

The block settings icon is now visible. Please check.

If this happens again, kindly select any element inside the block and press the 'Esc' key in the keyboard. Esc key helps navigate to the parent element. As you keep pressing the 'Esc' key, you will eventually reach the block settings icon.

Thanks George, good tip.. However, the settings are still hidden partially (as I cannot see the delete icon)..

I have tried on a different browser also.. same thing.. I'll keep on trying and [play with different setting.. I noticed that I have changed the height to full height and then the trouble started..

I am also trying to get rd of the white BG that shows when the screen size is smaller on the desktop view.. is there anyway to make that BG colour black (the one underneath the video)? It didn't work for me...

    Hi Daniel,

The settings icon disappears when you assign a negative right margin. If you set the right margin to zero you can bring the settings icon back in the view port.

To get rid of the white gap between the blocks, try increasing the top and bottom margins from -100 to -115 or something similar.
