Hey.

I have a yearly subscription, but when I renew it looks like all my licenses does not auto-renew. Can you see whats wrong?

  Hi Magnús,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. When a subscription is renewed, validities of all licenses usually extend automatically. This was not the case with your last renewal. We have manually extended validities of all your licenses.
