deleting account / payment settings missing

Hello everyone, I have 2 accounts: one personal and one freelancer. 
Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to delete the personal account individually. It is also not possible to delete the 2 old test licenses.
I also cannot find the payment settings in my accaont?

  Hi Romel,

  With the Personal WP plan, you are allotted a single license which cannot be deleted. Unlike the Freelancer WP plan, deleting of licenses and recreating new licenses is not possible with the Personal WP plan.

  Are you saying that you wish to cancel the Personal WP plan since you purchased the Freelancer WP plan? We can do this for you if you confirm.

  Hi Romel,

  We have cancelled one of your Personal WP plans which was scheduled to renew on Feb 25, 2024.

  I see another Personal WP plan which is scheduled to renew on March 24, 2024. What about this plan? Do you want to keep this plan or cancel this as well?
