    Hi Robert,

    Are you saying that your production site at https://integratotech.com/ broke down or one of your staging sites broke down? At my end, your production URL appears working fine.

    Are the errors you have mentioned above visible in the frontend of the website. If not, how we do see those errors?

    It seems to be an intermittent issue as it's not occurring right now; but this was occurring on the front and backend and the error was visible in the logs; it was preventing the editing of pages as well.

    Just in case we added a memory define into our wp-config.php
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    So our site can access to memory from 256mb, and if neeed more it will scale up to 512mb

    Hi Robert,

    Thank you for the update.

    Lack of memory is one contributing factor to this issue. If this happens again with your new settings, please reach out to us so we can further investigate the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    It did happen again.
    along with the expansion of memory, we reinstalled WordPress core files on server and it was running fine this morning.  also plugins were deactivated, caches and cached were cleared, nevertheless we got a blank screen with a single message:   To use C3, please submit the proper files to SubmitFile.aspxServer says that nothing seem to be wrong on their side. that must likely is a plugin issue.

    We opened a ticket with server for further investigation.

    We also want to submit a formal ticket with Brizy about this issue.  this is definitely not a normal behavior

    Hi Robert,

    The error "please submit the proper files to SubmitFile.aspx" appears related to something on your IIS server and unrelated to Brizy. Looks like your hosting provider could fix the errors.

    Adhering to best practices generally reduces the possibility of unexpected errors. Here are a few best practices you could consider

    • Brizy works best with PHP 7.4 or above. Please upgrade PHP if your server is using an earlier version of PHP.
    • If you see a notification about "the following extensions are required" in your WordPress Dashboard, please ensure to install the missing PHP extension. (see the attached image)
    • If you do not have a compelling reason to continue to use Gridlove theme, please consider switching to Blocksy or another theme featured at https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. These themes maintain highest levels of compatibility with your page builder.
    • To reduce plugin incompatibility errors, attempt to use popular plugins with a minimum of 80,000 or more active installations. For instance, 'Meks Smart Author Widget' has only 20,000+ active installations. Consider recreating the author box using Brizy's native elements instead of using this plugin.
    • Wherever possible, implement designs using Brizy's native features and reduce usage of plugins. For example, instead of implementing Columns, Buttons, Icons, Separators, Progress Bars, Tabs, Toggles and Accordions using Meks Flexible Shortcodes plugin, kindly use Brizy's native elements to implement these.

    If you want us to review your website for adherence to best practices and give you a more comprehensive list of recommendations, please give us access to your staging site.
