WP Custom Menu Links & Anchors Try to Open Pages Instead of Jumping Inside

I've built four section jumps, using WP Custom Links with Brizy section blocks that I named in the Styling/Advanced area of the section setings. Since they are all on one page, I'm following guidance from Brizy support and using "#events" as my block title. I have "#events" in the URL field of the Custom WP Link. 

But it only works on one of the four section jumps. I finally got it to stop trying to find a new page to transition to. I've done this before for other clients and been successful; what gives this time?

  Hi 

  Please remove # from the Block Names and check again.
