Licenses Expiring

My licenses are expiring - and when I generate new ones and add them they show as expiring again in just a few days. Can someone look into what is going on?

My account is current and about to renew.

  Hi Rick,

  The license expiry dates are set based on your subscription expiry date. Your current subscription is scheduled to renew on February 25, 2024 and all your licenses should be set to expire on the same day as well. Except one license, other licenses had an incorrect expiry date; I have fixed it. All your licenses are now set to expire on February 26, 2024.

  When your subscription renews on February 25, 2024, all your license validities will also be extended for a year. In case the licence validities do not update automatically, please get back to us; we will do it manually for you.
