    To further investigate this issue, could you please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin page? Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and share the necessary details with us by sending an email to communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Hi Prakash,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    It seems like this problem only occurs on older pages. To double-check, I created a test page using Brizy and when I tried to access the saved blocks, the thumbnails showed up fine.

    Can you please give these steps a try and see if they make any difference:

    1. Optimize your database

    2. Install the Imagick library extension


    Try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask them to assist you with installing the Imagick library extension.
