Failed to upload image either on add image or gallery

Dear support,

I have problem uploading image to replace image on the template, no matter jpg or png file, A pop up message "file upload cancelled" appeared every time I tried to upload image from my PC. I have checked the image size, all are below 200KB. I tried to refresh and relaunch the builder and try again and the problem still persist. I have already published the website to a custom domain, I would like to replace the images for the page of https://www.d5autoaccessories.com/gallery

  Hi See,

  I could replace the second image in the gallery at https://www.d5autoaccessories.com/gallery Image uploading might not be a problem with Brizy Cloud.

  

  Please try these 

  • Sign into your Brizy Cloud Dashboard from a private (or incognito) window of your browser and check if you are able to upload images
  • Try uploading images using an alternate browser
  • If you have access to a different computer, please try using it to upload images.

  If you have installed any of these software, please disable it and check again

  • Antivirus like AVG, McAfee, Avira, Avast
  • Firewall like Windows Defender Firewall
  • Malwarebytes application or a browser extension
  • Ad blocker browser extensions.
