Text not showing in header on mobile version

Hi there,

Please can you help.

Both the desktop and tablet version of the website are showing text with relation to the contact details.

However the mobile version does not.

How can I fix this?

  Hi Simon,

  It is possible that it is hidden in mobile view. Could you check for any hidden elements by switching to the mobile view and clicking on the eye icon?

  

  If this doesn't resolve the issue, kindly provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin details so we can examine your site. Please add us as an Admin user on your WordPress Dashboard and send the necessary details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

  Hi Ariel,

  Thanks for your suggestion. 

  the eye icon was indeed off.

  I have switched it back on and the mobile version os showing something yet blurred.

  The desktop and tablet version are fine as per normal.

  Please help.

  Hi Simon,

  Thank you for the update.

  To make it visible, all you need to do is select the container and click on the eye icon, just like shown below:

  Hi Ariel,

   

  I have already done that but like I said on the mobile version it is presenting blurred as shown in the image I shared with you.

  Thank you for the update.

  When you enable mobile view, there is an additional eye icon that should be located in the column or row where the telephone number is displayed. Please take a look and see if you can find it there. If you are unable to locate it, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials so that I can check it for you. Please add us as an Admin user and send the necessary details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
