Email sending Issue

Afer configuring the email as shown above, I am getting the below error

  Hi Pramod,

  I tested your form. I saw a success message on my end. 

  

   

  My lead is also collected under the 'Leads' section in the project thumbnail. Please check if you have received an email with the same details.
