    Hi Steve,

We have renewed the SSL certificate.

Thanks KC - I can confirm my site is back online.

I have to say, the timing couldn't have been worse. The SSL expired on 14th Feb (notification never received), and I started outreach on 15th Feb, only to have prospects coming back to me saying my site looked dodgy and was unsecured.. so, I have to rebuild that trust again. Of all the days 😳

    So my questions still stand:

    1. can SSL renewals be automated so we maintain uptime or, at the very least, can we get an SSL renewal reminder so that we don't program marketing campaigns on the day the SSL is going through renewal?

    2. And how frequent will these renewals be? Yearly, quarterly?

Thanks for building, developing and supporting Brizy 🤘

    Hi Steve,

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Every ninety days, the SSL certificates are automatically renewed. A domain's certificates renew four times a year. For every 400,000 autorenewals, one could fail. Please get in touch with us in this case, and we will manually renew the certificate.

Our systems do not capture the SSL renewal dates and hence sending a certificate renewal notification is not possible at the moment.
