Email signup form is not working

My sendfox email signup form is not working. when I try and sign up i get this error message:

  Hi Nick,

  Since you are using an embed form, this error is coming from your settings in SendFox. Please check if you have entered the correct Form Settings in the SendFox Dashboard.

  If you see mistakes in the form settings, correct it and recreate the Embed Code and paste it again. You may also want to disable the option "Enable Invisible reCAPTCHA option here to get rid of the reCPTCHA badge.

  

   

  If you continue to see the error, you may also want to check with the SendFox team if they see any issue with your form settings.
