Cancel my subscription to Brizy cloud

I canceled my subscription to Brizy cloud but they charged me again this month. That's not correct!

  Hi Martino,

  Your Personal Cloud subscription has been canceled and the last payment of $13 has been refunded. Within seven to ten business days, this payment should get credited to your payment method.
