Issue with conditional popup

Hi there

I have an issue with a conditional popup set up at https://magictowns.al/town/tirana/

The popup is meant to force anyone spending more than 10 seconds on a Town template to log in or register.

The conditions, as set below, do not work. The popup does not show up for anyone at all. However, removing the "Hide for logged in users" conditions has the popup show for all users, which sadly makes it useless. I have tried to delete and recreate, as well as delete and set again all conditions. Any advice?

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  The issue appears to be originating from a conflict. Have you tried isolating this issue by temporarily disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if you can reproduce the issue? If you haven't tried this yet, please do so and let us know how it goes.
