Adding Background to Hero headers

Why do I not see a block's background in the live preview, yet it is visible in the previews of Desktop, Tablet, and mobile? See the screenshot of thehomepage!

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Within your Speedy Cache plugin settings, please locate the option to flush or clear the cache, or consider temporarily disabling it to assess whether the issue is related to caching.
