Agency question: why do 'Start with this design' links not show on mobile?

Hi there, I have an agency account and want to know why the 'Start with this design' links (on the templates that are automatically given to agencies) do not show on the templates when viewed on a mobile? When you click on a tempate on a mobile device you are taken to the example site for that tempate. There is no way to start with that design. This seems a UX issue and since most people view sites on mobile, it is a missed opportunity to convert visitors. 

 

Please can you confirm this is the case and let me know if there is a work around.
