Unyson plugin no longer on wordpress

Hello, 

I am receiving a critical issue from my wordfence security that the Unyson plugin is no longer in wordpress.org. But I cannot delete it because it is required by Brizy and my theme. 

Can you explain to me what is going on and what my options are? Is there a replacement for Unyson. If you are not supporting it, why does Brizy and my theme still require it?

  The Unyson Framework is no longer being maintained, while it was previously required by Brizy and your theme, we're now recommending that our users transition to one of our trusted theme partners.
  You can find a list of these recommended themes here: https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. These themes are fully compatible with Brizy and do not require the Unyson Framework.
