  Hi Erin,

  Apart from the A Record you have added to your domain, it also has a AAAA Record with the IP 2a02:4780:1d:de52:c8b2:1536:1e5a:efd7. Please sign into your domain registrar account and delete the AAAA record.

  Please also ensure that your domain is not parked https://support.hostinger.com/en/articles/1583404-how-to-park-a-domain

  Kindly get back to us after deleting the AAAA record and we will install the SSL certificate for your domain.

  I continue to see the AAAA record. Please go to this link https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php?query=USHRK.com&rtype=ALL&dns=google and click on the 'Lookup DNS' button

  

  Your domain name is hosted on these DNS servers. 

  • ns1.dns-parking.com
  • ns2.dns-parking.com

  These DNS servers are with Hostinger as per this article.  https://support.hostinger.com/en/articles/1583247-where-to-find-hostinger-nameservers Please sign into your Hostinger account to remove the AAAA record.

  Also, for the domain name, www.kumdoforbetter.org

  This is the same, it needs to push the new SSL.
