Cannot access email settings and app settings for form

This happens all the time, but I cannot access the app settings for the opt in settings for /projects/19378670/ at the top of the website. Please make it possible.

  Hi David,

  Can you please share with us the Workspace, Project Name and Preview URL of the project where you are facing this issue? Else you should share the full editor URL.
