Cancel subscribtion

Hi, I just cancelled my subscribtion (Brizy is an excellent tool and I recommand it arround me ! I just don't need it for me anymore). I went in my account and did "cancel subscription", answered the questions and sended, but it says on my dashboard that I am still on the personnal plan and will be charge next month.

How do I cancel my plan ?

  Hi Sebastien,

  Cancelling a subscription is a manual process. We will would look at your cancellation request and will process it. Please check the status of cancellation by Monday.

  Hi Sebastien,

  I confirm that we have cancelled your Personal Cloud subscription and it will expire on Feb 16, 2024
