importing starter template to WP fails

installing starter template fails continuously. never had this issue before. goes through the process of cleaning out the site, adds some images but never adds pages. using the car parts template.

  It's possible that the issue you're facing is caused by a conflict or limitations on your server. To troubleshoot further, please make sure that all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro are disabled. Then try importing the starter templates again. Additionally, ensure that your site has a PHP Memory limit of at least 256MB and is running PHP 7.4 or higher. You can check these details by going to Tools → Site Health → Info tab, and clicking on the Server dropdown. You'll find your current server details there. Also, please check the File Permissions dropdown and ensure that all your WordPress directories are set to Writable.
