Contact Form Reply to Field

Hi there, my contact form Reply To field works intermittently - sometimes I can reply straight to the person's email address and other times it sends a reply to my own email address.

Screenshot of the settings below - can you help?

  Hi Phoebe,

  In the Email Notifications screen you have attached, the 'Reply To' field is left blank. You could use the same shortcode you are using for the From Email. Please fill-up this field and test again.
