I need to cancel plan and want full refund

Hi,

I purchased 2 plans, first plan Brizy Cloud is purchased mistakenly, as i do not need this, second plan Brizy WordPress, i tried the pro Brizy plugin but it's not what i am looking for, the interface is not professional not much features to create a useful page and too much lacking such not no feature to drag up down a block, i really disliked this, so i need to cancel both plans and i want full refund

  Hi,

  My site's default header design and footer design are missing while i edit using Brizy

  It caused huge trouble for visitors to identify my site's design

  Do you have any solution for this?
