Brizy plug in fails to activate
Hello, I am a big fan an promoter of Brizy for many years now. But... I am getting really frustrated with one issue that keeps re-appearing and makes me think about changing to another builder.
I hope you can solve this mystery and stop my growing frustrations.
I would say once or twice a month my website loads without Brizy layout. Reloading does not bring any changes - video 1.
But... half an hour later, or sometimes 5 min later - it works just fine. - video 2.
Needless to say, this is a major issue - from the website image and visitor functionality perspective.
Do you know what might be causing it?

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It seems like the issue you're facing is most likely related to cache. As you mentioned, it starts working properly after an hour.
To resolve this issue, I recommend flushing the caching plugin. You can find instructions on how to do this in the support recommendations of your caching plugin. Additionally, to avoid encountering this issue in the future, it's a good practice to flush the cache whenever you make changes to your site.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Best regards,

Hello,
I am sorry, this does not help - I had zero change to the site but the problem repeats. It is very frustrating as I am losing face and starting to get jokes from the partners we are listing.
try visiting https://itismadeineurope.com/ to see the issue.
Any other ideas?

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for your cooperation.
Your website is now operational again, and interestingly, this happened without any modifications on our side. This is a unique situation that we've come across for the first time, specifically with your website. We will continue to keep an eye on your site until the problem resurfaces.
In the meantime, it looks like your theme is outdated. Could you please take a moment to update it? Based on our experience, similar issues often arise due to outdated themes. Additionally, it might be beneficial to update some of the third-party plugins on your site, particularly the Breeze cache plugin, and remove any that you're no longer using.
Best regards,

Hi Tomas,
While I was going through each page, I managed to identify the problem and it seems to be occurring randomly. Purging the cache addressed the issue as demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/2E-YFgHG3n8
Please try to update your caching plugin, If the issue persists, you may want to explore alternative caching plugins. Additionally, please ensure you've updated your theme and some plugins as I suggested in my previous reply.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
