    Hi Roy,

    Late renewal resulted in license expiration. Your subscription was automatically renewed today and your license validities have been extended.

    I am facing the same challenge. I renewed my licences yesterday but up to now, every licence is still expired.

    Hello Tirivashe,

    Your payment is still showing as past due in your account. Kindly check your card transactions for a payment of $144.00 yesterday and confirm. If the payment was made, kindly give us a screenshot of the transaction.

    If not, kindly sign into your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login, select 'Billing' option under Account

    Click on the invoice date and make the payment. After this, kindly get back to us and we will extend validities of your licenses for an additional year.
