Menu will not populate

Hi, I've tried to create a menu with Brizy, and when I select a block. I get the message that I should choose a menu of the elements. Once I select that, I get right or left alignment, which, when I click, basically doesn't populate with the navigation menu that I want for the page. Can you please help? None of the videos or articles that you all have were helpful with this. They were all outdated.

  Have you created a menu in WordPress? If not, please follow instructions in this video to create a menu first. How to Add Navigation Menu in WordPress
