Hi Rahul,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I understand that you're having some difficulties with the Server Sync feature, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are currently in the process of rebuilding the sync feature to address the current issues. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeframe for its completion at the moment.
As a temporary solution, I recommend connecting your domain name to Brizy Cloud following the instructions provided here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
Alternatively, if you prefer to host your site remotely, you might want to consider using the Export HTML feature instead. This allows you to upload and extract your website files directly onto your server. You can find more information here:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026945332-Export-HTMLIf you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to let me know.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
I'm starting to use Brizy again. In your last response back in January, you mentioned you were working on updating the Server Sync feature to make it flawless. Has that update been completed? Can I use the feature now for a new site I'm working on?

Hi Rahul,
Thank you for reaching out and for giving Brizy another try!
We’ve made some progress on improving the Server Sync feature since our last update. While it’s not fully flawless yet, we’ve received positive feedback from customers, especially for simpler websites.
We’re continuing to work on further improvements, so feel free to give it a try, and we’re here to assist if needed!
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
