    About your other concerns, the likely cause of the issue is due to a conflict with some optimization plugins you're currently using. To further troubleshoot the issue, could you temporarily disable all other plugins besides Brizy, Brizy Pro and WooCommerce and see if this makes any difference? If it does, go back and gradually enable the rest of the plugins one by one as you test your site until the issue re-occurs. This procedure will help you determine which plugin is causing the issue.

    Hi Wian,

    Regarding the issue with your account, please log in to Brizy.io and navigate to Account → Billing. Scroll down to the Invoice History section and click on the date of the invoice. From there, you can proceed to make a manual payment.
