    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I regret to inform you that Ultimate Membership pages cannot be directly edited with Brizy. However, there is a workaround that you can try. If you have the embed code or shortcode for the Ultimate Membership pages, you can import them into Brizy pages. You can use the Shortcode element in Brizy and insert the code accordingly.

Another option you can explore is creating a template for the specific page. In the provided screenshot - https://imgur.com/tfl1G5T, you can see the steps to follow. In step 4, locate the page you want to edit. Once you have created the template and saved it, you can click on "Edit with Brizy" to make further modifications.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

I believe you have misunderstood me.

I'm not looking to edit the UMP pages. I did use a shortcode. Each page of UMP has to be associated with a page in WP. All other pages that are set as the "Subscription Page" or "Login In Page" has no issues to edit with Brizy. I use shortcode on them as well.

However for the particular page that I set as the "Register page", whenever I click on 'Edit with Brizy' it will just keep loading and loading and loading.

One troubleshooting I did was to test this on my other WP website. That site, the page that was set as "Register page" can be editted with Brizy as usual.

Let me know how I can explain this better for you.

    Hi,

To further investigate the issue, would it be possible for you to grant us temporary access to your WordPress Dashboard? If you can provide access, please send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

Please make a full backup of your site as a precaution.

In the meantime, I suggest trying to recreate the page by placing only the shortcode for UMP without any other elements. This will help us determine if the issue can be replicated in this specific scenario.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Have dropped you an email Ariel. Thank you for this.

I have removed the page as the "Register page", which in turn allows me to edit with brizy. I have placed only the shortcode there with no other elements.

I then set the page back as the "register page" in UMP. Issue is replicated, I cannot edit with brizy again after setting the page.

See for yourself and let me know how it goes.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

As a workaround, consider creating a new registration page and applying a template to it. In the attached screencast, you'll notice that I've created a separate registration page and used the registration shortcode. There's no need to modify this page in Brizy - the header, footer, and other customizations will be handled within the template. Please see screencast on this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8iM4enNLAU

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
