    Hi Emilie,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have inspected the above link; however, I am unable to reproduce the issue as described.  I assume that you have already fixed it on your own.

In any case, if the issue continues at your end, could you please make a short screencast to demonstrate the issue?

Meanwhile, please try to reset Permalinks and see if this helps.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thank you, indeed it partially works now, when I see the comment, I can comment. But I have some article that are suposed to show commentaries, and they don't at all, even the box "comment" is not there. Like this one : https://neo-ceramistes.com/josie-daisy-ceramiste-quebecoise-intrepide/

    Any idea ? thank you.

    Hi Emilie,

Thank you for your cooperation. We apologize for the delay in our response. After consulting my senior colleagues, we were able to identify the issue and find a solution for you.

Upon checking, we found that comments were closed for posts older than 365 days. To rectify this, please follow these steps:

    1. Access the WP Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Settings.
    3. Click on Discussion.
    4. Locate the checkbox that corresponds to closing comments on older posts.
    5. Remove the tick mark from the checkbox:  https://jmp.sh/yKkf884y
    6. Save the changes.

By removing the tick mark, comments should now be enabled for posts older than 365 days:  https://prnt.sc/Y8zcBb9xwFUd
