Brizy Cloud - Unable to upload Files
Hi there,
I am working on one of my Brizy Cloud sites and am unable to upload any images.
I already tried logging out and back in but I am getting the same error message:
"File upload canceled"
I am getting this error message on any block or element I have tried.
I never had this problem and I am not doing anything differently.
Are you currently having some issues with your servers?
All the best,
Nils

Has anyone been able to connect? Ten days later and the problem still persists.
KC, may I suggest the following due to the urgent nature of this issue and the challenges the time zone difference is creating in getting this addressed.
1) Suggest a list of times in the next 48 hours that someone on your team can connect. Then one of us on this thread can volunteer for one of the times that you have listed (use military time or be clear on the time zone).
2) Please bring this matter to the attention of your senior developers immediately.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
I have built my business around Brizy and Brizy Cloud and am a paying Lifetime and subscription member. I am very concerned that such a huge problem can present itself when I have websites I need to deliver to clients, and it takes over a week and counting to get any sort of progress on addressing the matter.

Ariel, I am using Chrome Version 114.0.5735.134 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I also tried other browsers
It suddenly started working again today, did you figure out what the issue was?

Hi Ariel, unfortuntely, it has begun happening again today. I have tried multiple pictures on multiple projects.
I am unable to upload any pictures anywhere, it says FILE UPLOAD CANCELLED.
This is severely detrimental to my business. Please urgently find out what is causing this issue, thank you.

I have been following this thread because I have the same problem. I tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox. None work. This is extremely frustrating since it makes Brizy cloud unusable. I don't have this problem on WordPress

Hi
If you have an antivirus software installed (like McAfee, AVG), please disable it and check again.

Same here today...had this before. Using several browsers (edge, chrome, firefox, vivaldi, etc) and always the same message...
Seen the comments, this seems to be a real issue which needs to be investigated !

It's a file from despositphotos I used on other sites. So there is really no issue with the file !!!

Hi Koenraad,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you kindly inform us whether you have any security software installed on your computer? If so, it would be helpful for us to be aware of the specific software being used, as it could aid in reproducing and understanding the issue.
Meanwhile, we recommend adding your website to the exception list within your security software and see if this makes any difference.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Mo and Koenraad, I had this problem off and on the past couple of months.
One time, uninstalling McAfee antivirus software seemed to fix it.Then it came back. Another time, disabling some chrome extensions seemed to fix it.
I am hoping it doesn't come back again.
This probably isn't the root of the issue, but always make sure your photo is not too big (resize using a free program like BIRME if you don't have other software). Brizy will not upload if it is too big a file.
Also one time it would upload a JPG and not a PNG for some reason, so you could try a JPG and see.
Not a solution but maybe a temporary fix.

Hi Jennifer,
I'll check the file size. I'll download it in a smaller format and check it. I do have antivirus running so I'll check that too.
Ariel,
If wanted I can forward the file I tried to upload (brizy cloud). It comes from depositphotos. I use several other files from that site with no issue so it's strange to me but am going to check what Jennifer has mentioned.

Im having the same issue. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Most of the time it doesn’t. I was already in contact with the support a couple weeks back. Nothing that was suggested helped to solve the problem. I converted the files into different formats, different internet and browsers, private windows… I’m getting back to this because nothing has changed. Some files are uploading (pictures), some are not. Even tho they have the same format, same everything. This must be a sever problem. And I’m asking that it gets solved since it blocks me from working with briny cloud.

Hello George
I meet the same problem yesterday and today with a Jpg file.
I have tried everything you mention on the tickets replies, from different dns to remove extensions, from disable and remove software to change computer and ISP.
And none of that works.
Then I have converted the image in a Webp format as suggested from you using tynypng and it worked.
So I tried with another Png files to check if it was a format issue, and it worked.
So I look for another diffferent jpg files and it worked.
At this stage, I guess there is something on the picture i was going to originally upload that create the problem.
I can send the image to you to investigate so maybe you can find the reason why some kind of Jpg wont work when upload as a media.0 -
Hello Valerio,
Please upload the file to an online drive like Google Drive and send us the link. We will take a look.
