Brizy Wordpress activation for lifetime members

Hi, 

I am not able to activate my license on wordpress because I have a lifetime account. How can I proceed?

  Hi Ludovico,

  Do you see an error when trying to activate Brizy Pro license? Can you please share the error message or a screenshot with the error message?

  Else please explain what happens when you try to activate your WordPress license.

  If I click on "activate" I am redirected to this website page : https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress?utm_source=wp-menu&utm_campaign=gopro&utm_medium=wp-dash%2F 

   

  Nothing happens if I log in. If I try to buy any plan I receive the following error message:  

  Manage Subscription

  "Agency WordPress" cannot be ordered because you have active subscription(s) to: Brizy PRO Lifetime,Brizy PRO Studio

  You have legacy subscription. Please contact us in order to upgrdate to the new plans. Please specify your id: 71359

  Hi Ludo,

  In your WordPress Dashboard under Brizy - Settings - License tab, can you please check if you have added a Brizy Pro license?

  If you have not, please follow instructions in this video to add a Pro license. How to install Brizy PRO and activate your PRO license
