The latest versions of Brizy Pro and the Twenty Twenty-Four theme are installed. PHP 8.1.22

    Have you already tried to isolate this issue by disabling all other plugins besides Brizy, Brizy Pro and WooCommerce to check if this is coming from a conflict? Did you also try using another theme?

    If you've already done these steps, could you kindly give us temporary access to your WP Admin details? This will allow us to further check the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Please try to update the Home and Site URL, they should both use HTTPS to avoid mixed content issues.

    Also, it seems like the Twenty-Twenty Four theme is not displaying WooCommerce elements properly. I suggest trying one of the themes recommended on this link: https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners

    I replicated the issue on a test environment:  - https://sitebuilder1.online/dev01/woopage/, and the popup is working fine there. 

    I'm using the GeneratePress Theme, which shows all the elements in the WooCommerce products that you're trying to display in the popup. I tried using the Twenty-Twenty Four theme, but some elements were missing.

    Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    I tried to do everything you suggest.

    I found out that when woocommerce is deactivated, the problem disappears. If you remove all woocommerce-related elements from the page, the problem disappears. If woocommerce is activated, the page takes forever to load (white screen).

    Help me fix this problem. Thank you.

    Thank you for the update.

    Can you provide us temporary FTP access to your WordPress files? It would be really helpful for us to troubleshoot the issue. I have a similar setup on my local test environment, and I haven't encountered this problem. So, I suspect it might be related to some server settings. We might need to check the error logs and investigate why WooCommerce isn't loading.

    In the meantime, would it be possible for you to update the current PHP version to PHP version 8.0 or higher?

    When can you come to my server to help?

    Today I found out. If there are no pop-ups on the page, the page opens. If you add at least one pop-up window to a page, the page takes forever to load (white screen).

    I have enabled debug mode. I'm getting errors.
