Lottle files not loading in my agency cloud subscription.

On my brizy website "www.mande.network" the lottie animations are not functioning both on the website and brizy editor. 

When I opened brizy its says upgrade to pro-plan - but we are already in "pro-plan" with an agency cloud subscription in place. 

Can you please check this?

    Hi Sandeep,

    You are subscribed to the Agency Cloud plan which entitles you to develop 10 PRO websites. However, another Brizy user, Ajith G, is the owner of the project Mande 2023, with preview URL https://www.mande.network. This user had a Freelance Cloud subscription which expired.

    To use Pro features in the Mande 2023 project, please clone the project from Ajith's account to yours. You can follow the procedure in this tutorial for cloning the project. Clone Entire Projects with URL in Brizy Cloud in under 15 seconds!

    1 - My account inspite of being a pro account already - It doesn't give me an option to create new workspace. 

    As you can see below - Its says "Upgrade" next to create new account. 

     

    Also - 

    2 - Is it possible for me to create a new workspace where I am the owner and ajit is the manager and - then Ajit can simply move the projects from his joint workspace to mine? I have total of 9 projects to be moved to my pro-account and copying all projects one by one and then reattacing domians will be a very labourious task. 

    3 - If the ask in above point is not possible - is it possible to move my pro license itself to Ajits account from my account - we are join collaborators and I am happy if my pro license can be transferred to Ajit to solve this issue for me.

    Hi Sandeep,

    1. You are right; after you have deleted the default workspace 'My Personal Projects' the system is asking you to upgrade to create a new workspace. We are working on fixing this. We will get back to you when this is fixed. 
    2. If you create a new workspace by the name 'Sandeep' and if Ajith becomes a Team Member in this workspace, he can move projects from the 'Ajith and Sandeep' workspace to the 'Sandeep' workspace where he is a guest. This will be faster compared to cloning each project and adding custom domains.
    3. The account history becomes disorganized when subscription fee is paid in one account and the subscription is moved to another. Hence we do not recommend this approach.

    1. Even before deleting "My Personal projects", It asked me to upgrade to be able to create a new workspace. Can you guys please fix this issue ASAP? 

    2. Cool - We will use the move method then once you fix the above issue. How long do you think you will need to fix the above issue? 

    3 - Noted we can drop the moving subscription option.

    We have fixed this issue on your Dashboard. You can now create new workspaces.

    Me and Ajit are joint collaborators - Is it possible to transfer my agency cloud subscription itself to Ajits account ? So that We don't have to migrate all the 9 websites we built under ajits account?

    Because cloning and migrating all these websites is a lot of work ! pls help !

    Like I had mentioned earlier, even though it is technically possible to move a subscription plan from one account to another, the account history can get disorganized when a subscription fee is paid in one account and the subscription is moved to another. Hence we do not recommend this approach.

    Looks like you have migrated all your 9 PRO projects already to the 'All Projects' workspace and you are the owner of this workspace.  "So that we don't have to migrate all the 9 websites we built under Ajits account," is a remark that I don't entirely comprehend.

    Is there a way Ajit can transfer ownership of all these projects to my account ?

    It appears that you have already gotten ownership of all nine projects from Ajith. If there is anything I do not understand, do let me know.
