Hi Braulio,
Can you please share with us the Project Name and the Preview URL of your Brizy project so that we can take a look?

Project NAme: Staxio
Preview URL: http://www.staxio.tools

You will need to export the project as HTML to see what's missing.

Hi Braulio,
I exported the project as HTML and have uploaded to http://s937416667.onlinehome.us/ Seems to work fine. Please have a look.
Here is the ZIP file downloaded: https://jmp.sh/kt0VoXnY

I've been waiting for an HTML export for the last 20 minutes and still Brizy hasn't downloaded or given me the compressed zip file so that I can confirm.
It's a horrible experience having to wait this much for HTML files.

Hi Patricio,
HTML Export can take up to 30 minutes. Once you initiate the process, please minimise the HTML Export window and get back to it after 30-45 minutes.

That's just ridiculous and terrible at the same time.
Once I am able to finally take a look at the HTML export I will give feedback.

Just got the download file and now it's even worse, there's only garbage inside my index.html file

Hi Braulio,
The Export worked fine at my end. I have provided you the download file. Please use it for now. Here is the ZIP file downloaded: https://jmp.sh/kt0VoXnY

Are you guys going to fix this?

Hi Braulio,
If HTML Export does not work for all users, then we will work on fixing the software bug. Since HTML Export works at my end and does not at your end, some investigation is required to find out why it does not work at your end. In the meantime, if you need an updated ZIP file, please request us and we can generate it for you.
Please also try using an alternate ISP (Internet Service Provider) to generate the HTML Export file.

Hi George,
How are different ISP's impacting the way your platform works?
That makes me even more uncomfortable.

Hi Braulio,
At the moment we do not know why the HTML Export feature does not work at your end. Attempting to change ISP is part of the investigation. Please also try using a different computer/laptop.
In the meantime, if you have made changes to your project, please request us and we can send you the ZIP file.

That is something your team should be doing and investigating. Is it so hard for you to use another ISP? I shouldn't be doing the work you a guys are supposed to do in the first place. I've been having issues with Brizy cloud for a while now, some I have chosen to ignore, find a way around, and just move on. But this one I can't ignore because I can't donwload and update my website. Using Brizy is becoming more annoying and time consuming than it's supposed to, I can't be spending my time contacting your support for every little thing that should be working as expected. I am already in the process of moving to another platform for all these reasons, unfortunately. Brizy Cloud is exciting at first glance, but has too many issues when you use it.

Hi Braulio,
Thank you for the update, and I apologize for the difficulties you're experiencing.
The issue you've encountered is quite complex, as we haven't been able to reproduce it on our end. It seems that there might have been a problem with downloading the zip file to your computer. Additionally, there could be an issue with extracting the files, resulting in corrupted HTML files. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
To help resolve this, I kindly request you perform the following troubleshooting steps on your end:
1. Check the file size of the generated ZIP file, which should be approximately 41.5 MB. If the file size is lower, it suggests a possible issue during the download process. To further investigate this, please try exporting and downloading the file in Incognito mode. Additionally, if you have any security software running in the background, consider temporarily disabling it.
2. If the exported ZIP file is indeed 41.5 MB or larger, the issue might lie in the extraction process. If you have already extracted the file locally, I recommend trying a different tool to extract the ZIP file. Alternatively, you can upload the ZIP file to your server and extract it directly from there.
In this scenario, I uploaded the ZIP file to a subdirectory in my testing environment and successfully extracted it using File Manager. I believe you may have a similar tool available in your hosting panel.
I made a screencast for you on this link for your reference - https://youtu.be/1_M_wOuFEbEPlease give these suggestions a try, and kindly let me know about the results.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and please understand that the issue you're facing is likely due to the specific configuration of your setup. We haven't encountered similar problems on our end, which further suggests that it might be related to factors specific to your environment.
I appreciate your understanding in this matter, and please know that we are here to support you in resolving this issue to the best of our abilities. Should you require any further assistance or have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
Thank you for your detailed reply.
Now everything seems to be back to normal and working as usual. Seems like things start to work every time after I contact you guys, or maybe that's just coincidence.
I did the exact same thing and even tried 2 different browsers (Brave and Wavebox).
